It's this determination of the Democrats to get the court stacked in a way to favor their ideology that galvanizes Republican opposition. When Democrats are as openly in favor of installing a court that will rubber-stamp their agenda as you are, resistance becomes imperative.

I agree that the partisanship is deplorable.
