Like her or not, on a basic level... she IS qualified. She's nowhere remotely NEAR Robert Bork qualified, but she's qualified.

Hahaha, that is an amazing quote.

I'm not advocating for Harris as a Supreme Court Justice here - just advocating that she is not unqualified (especially in light of the most recent Justice which had a less spiffy resume than most).

Harris is only getting buzz because she is VP, and I think because many people would view her nom as a way to get her out of the POTUS race and replaced with someone they like better. I don't think it's realistic that Harris gets the nod.
