I guess the SCOTUS (at least those not rhyming with Dyer, Dotomayor, and Dagan) decided the F-- U policy by Happy Meal in light of the last one thought that it was necessary to ensure a fast track response.

24 days from start of the policy, through the courts, to ignominious end at the SCOTUS is one that I have seen only once before --- Bush v Gore. Considering a presidential election wasnt at stake, the speed of presentation and decision was as quick as I think ever possible.

I guess Happy Meal has the answer to his pondering at the outset whether it is proper or not. Seriously bad precedent to make by Happy Meal, but seriously, there are a whole rafter full of items in *that* hopper at this point for the Happy Meal administration.
