Still more to go, but this whole thing was illegal and unConstitutional from the beginning.

And unfortunately, there will be those for whom the issue of whether legally or illegally makes zero difference in this. They just might shrug their shoulders and say 'well, I guess I have to read up on this' as the best response to actually having to say that they support it going forward even if illegal.
