Why is it different? I’m thinking it’s because the last couple on the list do not have any * rating???

The summary pages only include recruits who have star ratings. Sciurry wasn't rated before, but now has been given a 3 star, so he counts now in the summary. Rayford is still not rated, and so isn't counted in the summary.
