The 3 Louisiana schools, and USM all have small budgets for FBS. The 3 MWC schools and Arkansas St. have pretty good revenues for the G5. Marshall mixes decent revenues with a moderate budget.

ULM spends 15.5 million. Next lowest in FBS is NMSU at 23.5. They aren't really spending enough to compete.

Arkansas State's budget is small for FBS? It's higher than any MAC, all public universities in CUSA not named Old Dominion. It would be 9th in MWC and only 32% is coming from students or the university budget.

Boise State and New Mexico are the only public G5's relying less on students and the university budget.

I must have read the adjacent line on Arkansas St. I saw it at 24 million, but looking again, its 39 million.
