That is probably the worst non-call in the history of the NFL when you consider the ramifications of the result of the play. How do the officials not confer and get the call correct? It was obvious to every single person watching that game that Tommylee was hammered on the play well before the ball arrived EXCEPT for the guy standing right in front of it still holding on to his yellow flag.

Talk it out with your fellow officials. Get the call correct. It's not like this was one of those types of plays where you need six different camera angles to get just the right look. It was ridiculously apparent what happened.

It's crazy. NFL refs typically throw flags when a defensive back blows on a guy, yet on a play that decides who will go to the Super Bowl, a receiver who is hit as a defenseless receiver as well as interfered with doesn't merit a flag?

If the Rams go on to win the Super Bowl, I will never think of them as a deserving champ. This Super Bowl is tarnished in my mind.

Your past sentence is a problem and shared by many I would bet. Rams wont be recognized as true Champs
