The commentator said that he was a shooter and would not remember his misses. Just watching on TV, however, I was not convinced. He has not yet impressed me with the "I am going to put it up (and in) whenever I am open" mentality. I hope he gets there. We could use a shooter off the bench for March.

Too often he doesn't seem ready to shoot and I think that has affected him mentally. I remember late in the shot clock he caught the ball with room and a good look...he held it, made a late pass and UC ended up with a shot clock violation. Given the time on the shot clock when he caught it and the room he had it was a shot he had to take. He needs to have the mentality that if he's open he's going to bury it and be ready when he catches it. If he doesn't have that mentality he's a big liability.

Watching Moore last night, there was on time that sticks out when he received the ball. Just by his body language I could tell he didn't know what to do with the ball: shoot, dribble, pass... Once he gains a little confidence Moore should be an asset to the team.
