Let me ask it this way- why were those folks so desperate to get OUT, that they'd jump from 3-4th story windows in a free fall? Maybe some bloke on the ground would try to catch a 150 Lb guy jumping from a window. Likely not, but they were willing to take that chance. AND, coincidentally, their windows were right on the borderline. How much of that do we have on our border? Answer! None.
