Yup. The goal will be to change as little as possible with the new round. The quarterfinals will most likely just snap on to the existing playoff format. So, the first round likely occurs either the week after championship Saturday or 2 weeks after. The games would be on the home campus of the higher ranked of each seed pairing---thus reducing travel and insuring a nice crowd for the games. Such timing means that once the first round is over in early to mid December---you're down to 4 teams--and you're basically just using the existing CFP format from that point on. 04-cheers
