But he may have saved the game for the Bearcats in his tackle after throwing the interception. I think he was the only guy between the interception return and the end zone and he got the guy out of bounds. Obviously, he threw the pick in the first place, but it made a huge difference.

Great point! I get why Truck Warren was named the Bowl MVP but for me it was the play of Moore that was key to the win yesterday. If you think about how fragile he has been at times throughout his career - often poor throws or bad reads or panic "happy feet" in the pocket leading to a turnover - and he just buckled up and had the mental toughness to do the "dirty work" to settle the offense down and keep drives alive. He managed the game one play at a time. To your point, he gave his body up to make damn sure that interception wasn't going to lead directly to a TD. He also showed that while he isn't the striding flash gazelle Ridder, he was freegin' Bronko Nagurski-esque running with determination and power. I really believe he knew this was his opportunity to change his legacy and finish his UC career on a high note by giving up his body and staying focused in the game. I loved it! The rain and field conditions may have actually played to his strengths...
