Depending on the coach I can find 3 to 5 million reasons why a coach would want to take that job, on top of the fact most of that stuff does not matter and Ville has enjoyed a ton of success over the past 20 years.

I get we/you all hate them, but most of this stuff will not matter and it won't be hard for a coach to win there again while we are at the little kids table hoping our next hire wont sink the program.
