UCF is @ the point to where they are getting attention, but to really be taken seriously as a final 4 team, then they need to start beating top 10 teams in the regular season. Even the top teams in the power 5 conferences try to schedule a solid non conference opponent every year. UCF isn't going to command respect by beating up on a weaker conference, and weaker non conference opponents than the other major Power 5 programs.

If a MAC or Sunbelt team went undefeated, would I give them props? Sure, it's always tough to go undefeated. Would I consider them for the final 4? Nope. But what if they went undefeated and beat 2 top 10 non conference teams? Then that changes everything. If UCF beat a top 10 team in week 1, they probably move into the top 10 themselves by week 2, and now would be in the top 4, just like Notre Dame. What happens if UC beats UCLA nad tOSU next year. They immediately jump into the top 10.

I'm in an Eff U UCF mood. UC was able to schedule teams like Michigan and tOSU. Screw UCF's whinging. Challenge Michigan to drop Middle Tennessee State and play them in the Big House to start 2019. Challenge other top 10 programs for a game in 2020. If you can't get a big team, drop your 2 cupcake games, and get middle of the pack P5 teams.

Games are scheduled years in advance. UC does not have home and home with OSU or Michigan, they were essentially buy games. So UCF should take a buy game? Do you think schools are jumping to play them.
