Syracuse
Boston College
Pitt
VaTech
Louisville
Florida State
Miami
Notre Dame (football remains independent)
West Virginia (from Big 12)

Two divisions of four teams....
7 conference games / 5 out of conference If you want to play teams from The ACC, you have the opportunity. An opportunity for everyone to renew old rivalries.

One division for baseball, basketball etc.

This leaves the original ACC to themselves. With this split The ACC will finally reach Nerdvana

One can only dream. I would be so very happy with that league.

So would I. 04-cheers

Back to the pre-1991 ACC, sans Maryland? Just 7 schools?

Clemson
Duke
Georgia Tech
NC State
North Carolina
Virginia
Wake Forest

Clemson would have even more of a run of that conference than the current ACC. I don't know if they'd be happy with even weaker competition. And if this little league loses Clemson, I don't know how it could be considered a "power" football conference.
