This would be true except for one thing: The AAC gets to choose which bowls they will fill & which one they won't, as they control which teams they send where of their bowl agreements.

It's most likely that they don't fill the Cure Bowl bc it's the Cure Bowl, but then again, it's in Florida in December against what will likely be an easy SBC opponent. If they decide to fill the Cure Bowl, we have to hope the MAC gets left out of a Bowl game rather than us.

There are no guarantees until we hear our name or hear all bowl-eligible AAC teams mentioned in other bowls.

There are seven spots and only seven bowl eligible teams there. If Memphis wins one opens up. I’m pretty sure the Cure Bowl has the lowest payout so that would be the one.
