Observations from yesterday's scrimmage.

No real changes on the starting lineup except Aston Walter is now at 1st string RB (maybe due to injuries?), and Tyner (for now at least) seems to be the starting QB. I'm a little worried we have just 2 senior and 2 junior starters for now on the offense. I'm also surprised that if running the ball is going to be a focal point, then why would we use a lineup with just one RB and TE, and three mostly slot-type receivers? I would think a FB and/or 2nd TE will be in the mix quite a bit too.

Remember that while Bloomgren is a “pound the rock” guy, his OC comes from a more wide open background. I could see something like a Fred/Dinger collaboration. In that context, could Walter be a reprise if Trevor Cobb?
