He has a point. We are incredibly mediocre at what we do with that budget.

Thank you. It wasn’t meant to slam the school; just a comment that if money was the only indicator of success, many schools wouldn’t have any. USM does a damn nice job for having the lowest budget. Hell, my Herd could do a bit better as well.
