Judy was not spending it appropriately. Lets see what Mike Hill can do with it. Judy demanded that what was done for MBB and to be done for WBB, etc. We're going to see a prioritization moving forward of revenue sports and an emphasis on competing for conference championships in every sport. Hill has stated that numerous times, we're not fielding teams just to have them anymore.
