All of my initial concerns were answered quite easily, when he started losing to NAIA and NCAA Division II teams, in their inaugural season. I know they were originally going to be an FCS team, but it appears he never strayed from that mission. Similar to me, was the tenure of Carl Torbush at ETSU. He is obviously out now. Somehow, even Randy Sanders seems to be an upgrade from that.

Just curious, what are the terms of Lambert's contract/buyout?
