Really? Hire Berkman as coach-in-waiting, a guy that Graham does not get along with and publicly said is out to steal his job. Force them to pretend to work together for a year. Sounds like a great way to honor a living legend.

If JK had done that, then I imagine that we all would have blamed him for the poor performance of the team this year. What do you expect when you force such a toxic coaching dynamic.
