I'll take UAB's deal over USA's simply because UAB will have more of its own money to spend on other projects, salaries, promotions, etc AND have a much nicer facility with more amenities that we don't have to staff or maintain.

Boy the Stockholm Syndrome is strong here. I'll knock the doors down trying to get into the BJCC facility for the first time but you are out of your f'n mind if you want anything other than UAB's own facility on campus.
