Oh. 03-lmfao Hahaha I understand it from a business sense. It's just the concept seems so foreign to me. I mean they are the only team with their own network.

The original deal called for Texas high school sports on there too.
Their miscalculation was not realizing that football 24/7/365 is the only sport in Texas.

No, the miscalculation was that other members wouldn't kick up a huge fuss over show casing top flight hs recruits on a channel plastered with Texas and longhorns all over it.

I know the two Oklahoma schools directly brought it up to the Big xii complaining. A few weeks/months later the NCAA put the kabosh on what would have obviously been a series of violations broadcast on a national network.
