i believe that if UMass is invited they would make the effort and would be able to reach greater levels because of the money increase from being in a better conference. They also have some history in basketball and we finally get a actual rival in football and we get another rival basketball. i mean Memphis was complete garbage at football coming into the conference and now look at them!
im not saying umass will reach that level. But anything is possible. i say we let them in! its getting lonely in New England....


Yes, but we had basketball and we were already investing in ourselves before the invite, not after. We also own our market and area. In their present state, what do they bring

Granted, UConn is on a island.
