I love this idea!

Assuming it's a legit opponent with a legit payout and a legit media package.

If it's a ny6 bowl it would check all of those boxes and being located in the New England area would guarantee interest from the big10 and ACC and great attendance and ratings. Aresco could even throw in his his idea for an uneven payout. Say 60-40. IF I were Aresco I'd work like crazy with Kraft and NBC on this with a guaranteed spot for Notre Dame in the years that they don't claim the orange to be our opponents, which would give NBC a p6 conference at a huge discount

Pretty creative thinkinking !!
