Jeff jones has a 58% winning percentage with over 800 wins. He elevated ODU from a 5 win team to 18 and then 27 wins. He went to 2 ncaa tourney at American and 5 NCAA tourneys at UVA including an Elite 8 appearance in 1995. If you don't think age is a huge factor in P-5 schools not looking at him, you have your head in the sand.

You just said 10 posts ago how easily they will win their conference? They are likely to keep winning with the players they have, and he will be able to contribute to their team.

Are all the P5 coaches 60 years old or under? I'm not sure what you are getting at there. And wow, 800 wins. Yet he can't seem to win at ODU when it matters most. He only won the Patriot league twice, what's the level of competition of that conference like? We've crossed into territory that we are just going to have to disagree on.

I said their conference is easier to win. Does that mean they are the ones to win it? If I remember right, they haven't been to the tourney very often.

What is the difference between the SoCon and Patriot?
