With Southern New Orleans shuttering athletics and Xavier leaving, Dillard is the only of the three HBCUs in NOLA still in GCAC. League is hurting in a big way now. What’s their game plan for expanding?

Edward Waters has the D2 SIAC invitation. They can't officially apply to D2 until February 2022 because of being on NAIA probation. If they do move to D2, the GCAC will be down to 5 members.

Wow, D2 will take anybody!

At one point they were admitting only "model institutions". Seems those days are gone.
