If Pera has been given minimum requirements for the 2018-2019 season in order to keep his job, what do you think those requirements are?

Fewer than 6 transfers?

Retaining over 40 per cent of the freshmen coming in?

Oops, with the absolute lack of next year sophomores, juniors, and seniors on the team, perhaps WRC79's guess and mine might be a congruency.

Since these freshmen have a great shot at four years of significant playing time, maybe they’ll be more inclined to stay....or maybe not.
