Shouldn't the letter be signed by the department head (AD), even if the body of the letter is a form letter? Or is it okay that the department does not acknowledge/thank its donors?

Question to HAF donors: Do you get a thank you letter/acknowledgement from Athletics or just a receipt from the NIU Foundation?

I am just curious as to what the HAF donors are getting.

Last two donations to the women's basketball program I received a receipt from the Foundation in an email.
I found it strange that I didn't receive a thank you letter in the mail outlining my donation like in the past.
My credit card was hit so I knew they received the money.
Is that a cutback?
