Even if the WCC winds up at 9 members for 2018-19, the WAC will have 9 as well, and both the Big Sky and WCC will have 11 members. There will be opportunities to fill byes with other western opponents.

I think the WCC stays put w/o Gonzaga. BYU isn't going anywhere unless they bring their football to the MW. The WCC will only add if BYU leaves, which as of now would be another 10 years.
