Conferences are feeling the adverse effects of having to expand to 12 to have a CCG. The NCAA fumblef**ked that whole process. Now it’s okay to play a CCG with 8, 9, 10 teams.The NCAA should cut the conferences they forced to expand some slack and allow them to go without divisions.

BYU does NOT want to be in the same conference as Utah State while Utah is the Pac 12. Had the NCAA allowed it, I’m sure the MWC would have stopped at 10 and left out SJSU, Utah State, and either Fresno or Nevada. Boise made sense, and Hawaii did too for football-only.
