To be fair, the A10 really only has two teams that don't seem to be a threat to gain an at-large (Fordham and Duquesne). George Mason has been questionable since joining the league, but for the most part it's still a 3-bid league barring an upset in the conference tournament then I think it's reasonable to expect 4 bids. Look at their membership to see who has made the tourney in the last ten years:

Dayton
VCU
URI
SBU
SJU
Davidson
SLU
GWU
UMass
LaSalle
Richmond (won 29 games in 2010-11!)


One thing that really hurt the A10 this year was UMass firing their coach and the subsequent mass (lol) exodus of talented players.

This is an uncharacteristic off-year and I don't believe losing Xavier and Temple hurt the league as much as some might say. Charlotte was a non-factor and Butler doesn't count; they were a member for like what, a minute?
