Tulane got a high quality kid (bumped to 4*) but we shall see if he makes it as he has been pretty banged up which is why a lot of people backed off

SMU didn't take as many as we plan on 5-7 grad transfers

I'm curious - what do you mean by plan on 5-7 grad transfers? Are these already decided, or are they effectively planning to recruit grad transfers for positions of need?
