Yeah, the BoT thing, making sure there was "unanimous support," but not having it, the having the Chair still bringing up there was at a time this unanimous vote...utterly tone deaf.

The one thing PSU did do right was its LoA's for the quartet. Even if you don't terminate, take a walk for a bit. But, because it's higher ed, the politics and optics pretty much squash logic and common sense. Too many unspoken or unwritten rules about the forced LoA gesture.
