My point is that we should win this game easily. If we don’t, then it will show that we still “play down” to the competition. Which is a scary thought when you consider the bottom half of our league. A team that is for real blows out lesser teams. And Rice is most certainly in that category. It will be extremely disappointing if this is a close game.

You know we went to overtime with Fairfield or fairmont or whatever? Tells you everything you need to know.

That game and the NS game had different aspects to them that I’m not going to get into. This is a conference team that we know - and they know us. This game is different than those games. Nevertheless, the game is close. We’ll see how we open up the first five mins of the second half. If we are for real, we will take control. And we will most certainly NOT lose this game.

Doesn’t matter. These are things we really never dealt with in the prime Blaine days.

We know this team well. Either you can kick your sister’s butt or not.
