Thanks for the info. I guess it’s good news they are still coming. That seems like an awful lot of money, but I guess that includes installation. Would have hoped Ballard would have hung them while the cranes were there. Oh well, something to look forward to.

Well among other things they have to be hurricane proof so you don't have to scramble with putting them up and taking them down for various storms. Then applying the images so they will be permanent was pricey and ODU wanted ODU specific images. All that said it seemed high to me too but it is what I was told.
