Count me as someone who agrees with you 100%. I could never quite understand the fixation with having to drink to excess in order to enjoy a sporting event. Key words: in excess.

I love beer as much as the next guy, but if I'm going to the game, I'm going to watch the game. I can drink as many $2 beers as I want before the game or after.

I really have never understood the thought process behind going to the beer garden during the game (and likely missing a lot happening). Probably just me though. If beer selling would increase profit, thats great. It's already a pain in the ass dealing with all the drunks during the game though.
