Curious what leads you to believe it will be mediocre?

JMU's homeside stands are going to be more impressive than ODU's. JMU's has a height of 134.5 feet (with seats going all the way up to that height), while ODU's is only going to be 95 feet (with seats not going up to that point).

What does that have to do with it being mediocre?

I don't think SB will be mediocre, but I think it'll lack a "wow" factor (at least, a wow factor for people that didn't have to endure the old SB Ballard stadium). Half of JMU's stadium does objectively suck, but the other half does at least have a presence.
