I know but what I wrote is the only scenario that can happen. They will NEVER replace the north end zone with new seating.

I dont think most people or ODU believe this. It will happen.

When they can't sell the seats they have there is no driver for new seats or expansion. They are way to conservative and with the direction that sports attendance is headed there is NO forcing function for new seating. More entertainment and dual use spaces are the future not more seating.

There will actually be a very small increase in seats in the north endzone if any at all. They would basically be replacing 50 year old existing seating with modern seats. And its hard to sell those seats so yes they would have an incentive to improve them.
