If I remember, some if not all of your your "many ways" suggestions violated State disclosure law, of which only Tennessee has similar proscriptions.

Not one did...in particular raising student prices for dorms use because they are not funded by the state. They are done with University loans and then room and board covers the expenses. So we charge more for dorms and food. Then we could also bring in more out of state students and use the extra $ to fund projects. There are many others but these 2 could generate revenue not subject to student fees bill.

Yeah, as long as the fees go towards athletics, it doesn't matter how you collected it; it's an athletic fee.

We need to add educational and administrative space into the stadium.
