That last part about home and home in perpetuity is really funny. Doesn't happen.

I am talking about the ability in perpetuity to schedule a P5. You have to future proof yourself. Most P5 schools are not going to schedule a H and H with a sub 30k stadium school.

We've had UNC, NC State, VT, Wake, and ECU play or commit to play in an 80 year old 20,000 seat stadium. Just saying.
