Final

A10 hits keep on coming.

The A10 was due to have a down year because of coaching changes, player graduations, etc. Unfortunately URI, St. Bonaventure and St. Joe’s have all had their top player injured and those schools were numbers 1 - 3 in the pre-season conference poll. It’s really been the perfect storm of bad luck for the A10. The absence of the stability that Xavier and Temple provided is catching up with the A10 as well.

Regarding UMass, they lost seven (I think) players from last year’s team. They were picked 11th in the pre-season poll. The loss to Quinnipiac isn’t too surprising. The Minutemen are a bad and very inexperienced team.
