Hard to say for sure. There's no real difference between the fire rate of a bump fired gun and a fully automatic, and different brands of AR platform rifles have different rates of fire.

I heard it compared to a machine gun and then to an AR15 with a bump stock. Sounded like a machine gun to me.

Again, it's impossible for anyone not intimately familiar with the specific type, brand, and model of gun to say with any certainty.
