Could be a hooker? Not sure she would know anything.

He obviously didnt have the guns assembled and in plain sight in the living room of the suite.

It's two adjoining rooms. You can shut the door and lock it from the other side and there is no way any visitor would know anything about what is in the next room.

A former guest posted a video showing the layout of the suite when he stayed there last year.
