With the stadium's great placement along the trolley line, they don't need a huge parking area for the stadium. I think a 40,000 seat stadium would be perfect for MLS, bowl games, pre-season football games, concerts, events, and SDSU football home games. And they'd only need a few dozen acres to pull that off.
