David Teel is someone that is trusted among ACC leadership. Is he floating an idea that was given to him by someone else, or is he merely stating his opinion?

Expulsion would be an extreme measure, especially with other schools currently caught up in this scandal and probably more to come. I don't expect the ACC to kick them out of the conference over this. However, reading between the lines in this article, there has to be some buyers' remorse at ACC HQ.
