With this issue, I do think the NCAA have no choice, and neither does the P5, to avoid schools from getting the death penalty. When the feds get involved, the P5 would want the NCAA to look better in the image of the public to go after these schools in all sports. I could see UNC could be the first to get the death penalty for 2 years be the first. They could still play sports, but they would be exhibition games and do not count in W/L and stats.
