We've got benchback and chairback seats, and don't get any Endzone Club passes.

Did you ask for them?

Maybe I missed that. Only by request? I guess I assume as a season ticket holder, if that is part of the package, I shouldn't need to ask for them.

I have two chairbacks. Should I be getting endzone club passes?
