It's called racial profiling and it's lazy police work.

No it's not, it's called suspected gang member profiling and I'd consider that to be VERY important for a Cop to know if pulling someone over, or attempting an arrest etc.

Let's further put their lives at risk so as not to "Oooooffend" some freaking gang bangers. Oh noes, wouldn't want to do that!
