On the post-game show, Carey made a comment that the refs weren't calling penalties "in the spirit of the game" or something close to that. So he obviously disagreed with some of them. I would say a few of them, especially a couple sideline late hit calls, were not penalties (that happened to both teams). Most were deserved I think.
