They also have Jason Wade (I think), who is more veteran than this guy and played minutes at PG last season successfully. Your "good riddance" attitude sounds good in principle, but it is a proven schit organizational management practice. It is my opinion that adding this guy was an unnecessary risk unless Wade is leaving and there is a real risk that Kith is ineligible. Guards are ball handlers were the least of our concerns at least as far as the public knows. We have 2 forwards that need to improve rapidly, Reece who wasted the year, plus Carver who is what he is.
